Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this resort, focusing on its amazing hot and cold pools, which were a highlight for me. The apartment I stayed in was beautiful and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. However, the room, while clean, wasn’t as deluxe as I expected for the price. Overall, the value for money was decent considering the great spa facilities.
I had a lovely stay at the Dragon and Phoenix. The location was perfect, as everything I wanted to explore was within walking distance. I truly enjoyed the private hot pools, which added a magical touch to my evenings. The staff were very helpful, especially when I left behind an item. However, the dining options could be improved, as my breakfast experience wasn't quite what I expected.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, particularly for the amazing hot artesian pools that were a highlight. The room was clean and comfortable, but calling it 'deluxe' felt a bit misleading. Service was pleasant, but the location could use some improvements as it had some unsightly areas nearby. Overall, a great spot for relaxing in the hot pools, though some aspects could use attention.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the hot artesian pool was a highlight, the noise from employees and insufficient breakfast options were definite drawbacks. The apartment I stayed in was comfortable and had great facilities, but the slippery tiles were a concern. Overall, it provided decent value, especially with the cooking facilities nearby, but not without its issues.
I had a comfortable stay at the resort, and the spacious apartment with Artesian spring baths at my doorstep was definitely a highlight. The pools onsite were a fantastic addition, though the cleanliness of the surroundings needed some attention. While the tiles in the apartment were a bit slippery post-bath, overall, it was a lovely experience. Yet, I found the dining options could use some variety.
